Profile requirements
Three to five people who will accompany TEF professionally during the build-up phase. Appointment by the foundation council, after exploration.
- Sport-science voice — preferably with experience in athlete protection, transition, recovery
- Sport-psychology voice — identity transition, end of career, mental-health bridges
- Pedagogy / didactics voice — school and educational formats, OER licensing
- Sport-ethics voice — doping discourse, federation politics, TRAGEN standards validation
- Foundation-governance voice — peer foundations, compliance, audit
