Rainer Frase
Rainer Frase is an entrepreneur with long-standing experience at the intersection of sport, prevention and hospitality. He founded the Trudy Ederle Foundation and shapes its guiding spirit: advancing health, mental resilience and social participation beyond sport — with the long-term goal of an independent institution built to last across generations.
Hannah Hubert
As Executive Director, Hannah Hubert leads the foundation's operational build-up. She brings experience in organisational development, transformation and change processes, facilitation and stakeholder management. Her focus connects strategy with real impact — with prevention, mental resilience and social participation as the common thread.
Randolf Tomaszewski
Randolf Tomaszewski leads the development of strategic partnerships. With more than three decades in the health and fitness economy, he knows the players where sport, prevention and business meet. For the foundation he builds durable cooperations and connects partners, supporters and multipliers.
Tobias Kolesnyk
Tobias Kolesnyk leads the foundation's strategic communications and brand. A communications and brand entrepreneur with around 30 years of experience, he develops narratives, key messages and storytelling with social impact. His guiding idea: making visible the people and ideas that enable change — "Pioneer the Future".
Board of Trustees
Dr. iur. Eberhard Frohnecke
Dr. iur. Eberhard Frohnecke is President of the Board of Trustees. A lawyer with more than 25 years in commercial law — certified specialist for insurance law and intellectual-property law — he oversees governance, compliance and the foundation's legal structure, and runs an internationally oriented legal and advisory practice in Liechtenstein.
Stefan Quaderer
Stefan Quaderer is Deputy President of the Board of Trustees. A licensed Liechtenstein trustee specialising in foundation and board mandates, he provides the foundation's governance and administrative backbone. His focus is on long-term, dependable stewardship and resilient structures.
